1. Libertarian Party of Allegheny County Meeting Minutes April 21, 2021 Ritters Diner with Google meet link hosted by Bruce Letterle. I. Call to order Bruce Letterle called to order the regular meeting of the Libertarian Party of Allegheny County at 6:39 pm on April 21, 2021 at Ritter’s Diner with a Google Meet conference call hosted by Bruce Letterle . II. Roll call Acting Secretary Rob Cowburn conducted a roll call. The following board members were prese nt: Rob Cowburn, Henry Haller, Bruce Letterle, John Odermatt, Sam Robb. III. Approval of Minutes Approval of Minutes of March meeting was deferred as Secretary Bill Baerl was absent with illness. IV. Committee Reports a) Political Committee – Sam Robb reports Robb Lut her is running for Pennsylvania House of Representatives to represent District 59 and Allegheny County LP member Connor Voskuil was appointed his communications director. Also, Waynesburg College grad Drew Hreha is running for Pennsylvania House of Represe ntatives to represent District 60. About 12 potential candidates were forwarded to Bruce from LPPA . After Convention LPAC will have a push for candidates for the Moulton Maneuver. b) Communications – Monthly newsletters are set to go out the week after each monthly meeting. c) Outreach – Rob C. reports the new member outreach event will be rescheduled for the end of may after the convention . d) IT – No thing to report. e) Finance – $2,6 03.53 balance , $96 in paypal . 3 new member dues since last meeting. The money forward ed for Pride fest, which was cancelled, is not expected to be returned. John Odermatt made a motion to allot $250 towards a basket from LPAC to be gifted to LPPA for their convention raffle, seconded by Rob Cowburn which was unanimously approved by the boa rd . f) Fundraising/Membership – Bruce reports that the website needs to be redone with a different web developer service as Odoo is not appropriate for LPAC purposes . g) State – State membership heading into 2021 LPPA Convention is reported to be over 900. Bruc e can no longer serve as the LPPA Board Rep for Allegheny County and appointed Rob Cowburn as the new Board Rep. V. Old Business Nothing to Report VI. New Business Nothing to Report VII.
